RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please review our return, refund and exchange policy below:

eBikes must be returned in brand new condition in the original packaging. Radical eBikes monitors returns for damage, markings, usage. Radical eBikes reserves the right to limit returns, refunds and exchanges based on the condition the returned product is in when we receive it. We will only allow returns for products ordered within 15 days or less from the initial purchase date. Return shipping is not included. You are responsible for all shipping fees to return the unused e-bike back to us. We will then assess the condition of the returned product and once a decision has been made we will notify you whether we will process the return or refund.

All items must be returned in their original condition and the original packaging unassebled.

A 20% Restocking fee will apply to all returned or cancelled orders.
