FAST SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1 week from the time of purchase using mutiple delivery services.. If you are ordering "PARTS" due to high the high volume of orders, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. For all other orders, please allow 5-10 business days once the eBike is shipped for delivery. Standard pickup from our location is 5-7 business days after purchase. Orders placed locally will be delivered within 5-7 business days after the purchase date. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with requesting you to setup a date and time for delivery.

WARRANTY

All of our eBikes and eMotos come with a 6 month warranty from date of purchase that covers craftsmanship, motor, battery, controllers and any manifacturers defects. This warranty is only valid through our shop and we will do all the talking with the manifacturer to get you back on the road. One thing to note and remember our time is worth something so if you should have any issues with your purchase and ends up needing work the standard shop rates apply. Labor should never be assumed to be apart of any "warranty" as our time is not free.

SHOP POLICY

Deposits:

We allow deposits on local orders only and are 75% of the total amount of the eBike after taxes. Once the eBike arrives the remaining 25% will be due at pickup or delivery. Deposits are non refundable.

Bike Order Cancellations:

Bike order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your bike order, contact us for further assistance. 

Accessory, Merchandise, and Parts Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel your accessory, merchandise, or part order you will need to contact us for further assistance within 24 hours of when your order is placed. Due to warehouse processing, we are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours. 

Preorders and Backorders:

Preorders must adhere to the same cancellation terms as stated above. You will need to contact our us for further assistance.

Order Changes:

Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify the items in your order. If your order has not shipped, we can cancel your current order and help place a new order for the desired changes. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please see our return policy below.

Address Changes:

We are not able to update the shipping or billing address on accessories, merchandise, or part orders once your order is confirmed.

All bike orders require a signature upon delivery. For this reason, you will be unable to submit an address change with the carrier. If you need to request an address change for a bike delivery, please contact us directly. Address changes to bike orders must be approved by Radical eBikes and are subject to additional rerouting fees.

Storage Fees:

All eBikes stored at our facility for more than 30 Days without contact will be subject to storage fees. The storage of the bike will incru a fee of $100 a week untill the bike is picked up. After 3 months of no cantact or attempt to recover the bike, the bike will be donated. 


Returns and Refunds:

Bike Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please review our return, refund and exchange policy below:

We stand by the quality of our products and do not accept returns on used or opened items. Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to us within 15 days of delivery. eBikes must be returned in brand new condition in the original packaging. Radical eBikes monitors returns for damage, markings, usage. Radical eBikes reserves the right to limit returns, refunds and exchanges based on the condition the returned product is in when we receive it. We will then assess the condition of the returned product and once a decision has been made we will notify you whether we will process the return or refund. If the eBike has been opened, assembled or used in any maner there will be a zero refund issued.


Radical eBikes will provide you with further instructions if the return is approved. Radical eBikes will issue the refund minus the 20% restocking fee once the item is received and passes inspection. You are responsible for all shipping fees to return the unused eBike back to us. Return shipping is not included and all shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Battery Returns:

All battery purchases are FINAL sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on batteries except for what is explicitly covered by our warranty, and only after receiving our approval for the replacement.

Accessory, Apparel, and Replacement Part Returns:

We accept returns on orders placed in the U.S. within 30 days from when the order is placed. Our Radical eBikes staff will inspect the return before it is processed. If your item is returned to us with dirt or debris (i.e., deodorant, excessive pet hair, signs of wear, etc.) that we can not easily clean off, your item will be returned to you and considered final sale and non-returnable. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, tags intact (when applicable), and undamaged. Accessories will need to be returned in their original packaging

Refunds:

Radical eBikes can only process all refunds to the original form of payment. If your original form of payment is no longer available, please contact your banking institution for further assistance. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the funds back to your account.

Klarna Refunds:

Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days, depending on your financial institution. To check your refund status, check your Klarna account and your original form of payment method. If 14 days have passed and you are still missing your refund, please contact Klarna for further support.

*All items must be returned in their original condition and the original packaging unassebled.

*A 20% Restocking fee will apply to all returned or cancelled orders.

Any and all "Warranty" work performed will only include the cost of the part or parts that are defective or needs replacing if approved by manifacturer. The "Warranty" does not cover damaged parts due to negligence or self inflicted failure nor does it cover labor and pickup/drop off services should they be requested.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

RADICAL EBIKES – WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

LIMITLESS MOTORING LLC.

Effective Date: January 2025

This Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Customer”) in favor of:

  • LIMITLESS MOTORING LLC DBA RADICAL EBIKES

and all affiliated companies, owners, officers, employees, distributors, dealers, and agents (collectively, “Company”).

1. Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks

Customer understands that operating electric motorcycles, e-motos, bicycles, and related products (“Products”) involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Serious bodily injury or death
  • Collisions with vehicles, pedestrians, or fixed objects
  • Loss of control due to speed, terrain, or rider error
  • Mechanical failure, defects, or component malfunction

Customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks, both known and unknown.

2. Off-Road / Legal Use Disclaimer (U.S.)

Customer acknowledges and agrees:

  • Many Products sold by Company are NOT street legal and may not be registered for road use in many U.S. states
  • Products are intended for off-road, closed-course, or private property use only unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Company makes no guarantee of legality for use on public roads in any jurisdiction
  • Customer is solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws

3. No VIN / Registration Responsibility

Customer understands that:

  • Certain Products may not include VINs, titles, or registration documents
  • Company does not guarantee eligibility for DMV registration, insurance, or public-road use
  • Any attempt to register or modify the Product for road use is done at the Customer’s sole risk

4. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customer hereby releases, waives, and discharges Company from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from:

  • Use, misuse, or operation of the Product
  • Injury, disability, death, or property damage
  • Mechanical failure, defects, or alleged product issues
  • Assembly, maintenance, transportation, or storage

This includes claims based on negligence to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising out of:

  • Customer’s use or operation of the Product
  • Violation of any laws or regulations
  • Injuries or damages caused to third parties
  • Unauthorized modifications or improper maintenance

6. Safe Operation & Rider Responsibility

Customer agrees:

  • To wear proper safety gear (helmet, eye protection, protective clothing)
  • Not to operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Not to allow untrained, inexperienced, or underage riders to operate without supervision
  • To operate within safe limits and the intended use

7. Assembly, Maintenance & Warranty Limitations

Customer acknowledges:

  • Professional assembly is strongly recommended and may be required for warranty validity
  • Improper assembly or maintenance increases risk of injury
  • Damage caused by crashes, misuse, or improper handling is not covered under warranty

8. Product Use & Modification

Customer understands that:

  • Modifying the Product (speed, controller, electrical components, etc.) increases risk
  • Company is not responsible for damages resulting from modifications or aftermarket parts

9. Binding Agreement / Governing Law

  • This Agreement is binding upon Customer and their heirs, assigns, and representatives
  • This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws within the United States and the state in which the claim arises
  • If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable

10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By purchasing, using, or signing below, Customer confirms that:

  • They have read and fully understand this Agreement
  • They voluntarily accept all risks
  • They agree to be legally bound by its terms
